Ingredients


Makes: 2 1/2 C (625 ml)
  • 1 C (250 ml) Vegetable Broth Mix, your choice, prepared
  • 1 pkg (10 oz/284g) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Spinach Dip Mix
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 C (250 ml) evaporated milk
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste

Preparation


 
  • Bring Bouillon to a boil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 C.
  • Stir in spinach and Seasoning for Spinach Dip. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat. Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
  • Season with Black Pepper.

Tip: Serve over hot pasta with steamed veggies and a 3 oz (85 g) grilled steak.
