Ingredients


Makes: 4 C (1 L)
  • 1 C (250 ml) light sour cream
  • 1 C (250 ml) light mayonnaise
  • 1 C (250 ml) grated low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Spinach Dip Mix
  • 1 pkg (10 oz/284 g) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) dry breadcrumbs, optional

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Combine first 5 ingredients and spoon into a heat-proof serving dish. Sprinkle with parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until bubbling. Serve hot.

Tip


 

Serving Suggestion: Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, pita bread or vegetables.
